ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS As wildchild708 wanted to provide a secure means of accepting payment from you we chose Stripe as our credit card processor. Your credit card details remain private. We see your address only.

You decide how you want to pay whether it is through a Visa credit or debit card, a Mastercard credit or debit, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCP.

Wish you could make payments. Download the Klarna app. Complete your personal details and connect your bank account. Payments automatically come out of your bank account as per agreement with them. SHIPPERS USED wildchild708 may use USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. You will be notified how your item will be delivered if other than USPS.

HOW QUICK DO YOU SHIP? Once your payment has been confirmed your order generally ships the next day.  wildchild708 cannot guarantee an item will arrive in a certain time frame just that it will be promptly dropped off at the post office.  Be sure that your address is correct. It is your responsibility to have a safe secure place for your package to be delivered to. You will be notified if you need to sign for your purchase.

PACKING MATERIAL All items are padded very well. Doubled boxed where appropriate.

RETURNS Return within 14 days with tags on and in original packaging. Customer pays shipping. Tracking/insurance suggested. Refunds to original form of payment. No returns on final sale items which are sealed vintage items, sale items, personalized items.

CANCELLATION We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any given time. You will be refunded your full purchase fee if we find that we are not able to ship to you for any given reason.

If you wish to cancel please notify us within the hour from your purchase,  If you cancel after it has been shipped. Please refuse the package. Once it is returned to us we will refund your purchase. Please understand we do not control on how long it will take to return to us.

PERSONAL DATA [privacy] Any personal data that you provide us it is up to you to make sure it is correct and complete. If you opt into creating an account with us it your responsibility to keep login details secret. We only keep information to complete your order and to comply with state and federal laws for tax purposes.  

DO YOU COLLECT SALES TAX? If you are a resident of New York State or the package is delivered to a New York state residence sales tax will be applied to your purchase. We do not meet the criteria in the marketplace that we have to collect sales tax for other states at this time.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES If you have given us the wrong address or don’t pick up at the post office your purchase may be returned to us. We will only issue a refund for the cost of the purchase (not shipping costs) upon receipt. You are responsible for new shipping costs if you would like it to be resent. If the item is personalized there will be no refund as there are no refunds for personalized items. We will hold your handcrafted “just for you” item for up to thirty (30) days if you wish to pay for postage to have it rerouted to you. We cannot be expected to store your item beyond 30 days. 

LOST ITEM Postal claims will be filed according to their provisions which can be 21 or more days. A full postal inspection will be initiated. Refunds will only made upon final decision by Postal General. You will need to sign an affidavit to confirm that you have not received the package.

PORCH PIRATES If we find that your tracking number shows your package has been delivered: (1) Check to see if your family might have taken the package in (2) check if the mail person might have left the package somewhere on the property out of sight (3) Contact your local post office as they can check their computer where it was delivered and where it was left  (4) File police report that your mail was stolen. Your home or rental insurance may cover with a police report.  We do not refund for packages that have been delivered.

REPAIRS We take pride in our work. We know stuff happens. You might catch your bracelet or necklace on something. You forget to roll your stretch bracelet over your hand one too many times. They pop and you no longer have that piece of jewelry. Please let us know as we might be able to repair it for you for a small cost along with shipping cost if we have supplies available.

WARRANTIES There are no warranties. Products are provided on an “as is basis”. Items are on an “as available” basis with no warranties that additional items will be available at any given time. We are not responsible for any direct damages or indirect damages. It is your responsibility as a customer to use the item as intended to be used for and cared for.

CARE FOR YOUR ITEMS

The following might seem like common sense but it is always a good idea to refresh yourself.

Jewelry care: Jewelry is for adult use. wildchild708 wants you to enjoy your jewelry for years to come. Help care for your jewelry by removing before baths, shower and at the beach. Try to avoid perfumes and chemicals. Remove before exercise for the safety of your piece and yourself. Be gentle. Don’t tug. Stretch bracelets should be rolled on over the hand to get on. Keep jewelry away from your mouth. If your jewelry should tarnish use a jewelry cloth to gently remove tarnish. Test it first on a small area.

Garden items: Realize elements might tarnish, cause wear and tear. Use common sense when to bring in an item from the elements.

Hanging Plaques, signs:  Always be responsible where you hang a picture, sign or plaque. You do not want it in an area where it could accidentally get knocked off the hanging device you are using. Be sure to keep it out of a high traffic area so that if fell it would not come down on a child, dog, cats or yourself. Airplanes and helicopters can easily shake a picture off a wall. So be sure not to hang over a precious breakable.

Articles made with yarn or material:  If you wash be sure to use a gentle detergent and hang dry to prevent shrinkage in a dryer. Over time a color may change due to sunlight exposure, elements of temperature changes and soaps used to clean.

Older household items:  Do not place in microwave. Heat in an appropriate dish and transfer to the older dish. Do not place in a dishwasher unless the manufacturer printed it on the actual item. Handwash. Even Corelle dishes will break if it hits something hard just right. So use care when handling any breakable item. Handle with dry hands.  If something should break use caution when picking up the shreds with a damp paper towel for easy disposable. Be sure to sweep the entire room as pieces can fly across a room. Mop to be extra sure. Flashlights are handy in spotting shreds of glass or pottery. Use extra caution around children and pets. Put on a pair of shoes while cleaning the area.

SIZING If an item is personally sized for you there is no guarantee that it will be exactly like the picture as advertised due the way a pattern falls. There may be more of or less of in case of beading. The same applies to all other items.
